Join a class and relieve those aches and pains at TJW Pilates Studio


All sessions are taught in small groups by Clinical Pilates Instructor Tracey Wilson. With a hands on approach and attention to detail of the finest of movements you will see results. By attending regular sessions you can achieve a stronger core, better balance, an improved posture and less injuries.


Sessions run for 60 mins and are at various times throughout the week in the mornings and evenings. they are structured and follow a focus on different areas with an emphasis on core stability, strengthening work, flexibility and balance.


Some sessions will require the use of equipment, including Large Stability balls, Foam rollers, Balance boards and Pilates circles.


For health and safety reasons since Covid all clients must now provide their own mat, blocks, Thera band and Soft Pilates ball. It is not a requirement of attending the classes that you purchase all of this equipment but it will add to the Pilates experience if you do. It is always useful to have them at home for the online classes and to continue with what you have been taught following the videos sent.
